What’s the Role?
The company is seeking a B2B Business Director for a 6-month interim role starting in January 2024, with the option to extend for an additional 2-3 months. The headquarters are located in Mikkeli, but only one visit per month is required, with the flexibility to work remotely otherwise.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
Leadership in achieving team goals and continuous development.
Sales and management expertise from the energy market with a focus on B2B customer decision-making.
At least 10-15 years of relevant leadership experience
Energy market experience is a real asset.
Excellent proficiency in Finnish and fluency in English is essential.
