The most common questions we receive from candidates during a job interview:

Our team currently operates remotely with members based in Tampere and Helsinki in Finland, as well as in Krakow, Poland.

We have a flexible working hours system. Core working hours are 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. (Helsinki, Finland time) so that other team members can reach you. However, there may be interruptions between the core working hours, such as lunches and other personal matters. We trust that our team members can plan their days the best they can.

We trust our team members to know what work environment suits them best. If you believe you can effectively contribute while working from another location, we fully support it.

We primarily use Mac computers and leverage a variety of software to enhance our workflow and communications. Our toolkit includes Google software programs like Gmail, along with other key applications such as Slack for communication, HubSpot for marketing automation, Squarespace for website management, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint. We also utilize other tools like ChatGPT and Miro.
If you prefer using a PC, we can accommodate that as well without any issues.
