Full-Service Speaker Search:

• Service Description: We handle the search process and find the perfect speaker for your event. Our service is efficient, leveraging AI to ensure a match that aligns with your event's theme and audience.

• Cost: We charge a 10% fee based on the selected speaker's rate. You will negotiate the final price directly with the speaker. A minimum fee of 90€ plus VAT applies for our search services.

Subscription Access to Speaker Pool:

• Service Description: Ideal for organizations such as universities and large corporations that host multiple events annually, this subscription allows unlimited access to our extensive pool of speakers.

• Cost: The subscription is priced at 49€ plus VAT per month, offering significant value for frequent event organizers.

Include whether it's a live or online event, its duration, your budget, and any specific requirements or themes. The more precise you are, the better we can tailor our search to meet your needs.

Currently, 90% of our speakers are based in Finland, providing a rich selection for local events. However, our network is rapidly expanding, and we are continually adding speakers from various locations. This growth also means increasing opportunities to find local speakers in other markets.

1. Register to BrainBites as a company account. Individuals can't currently buy access to the pool.

2. Navigate: In the left-hand navigation menu, locate and click on "Professional Groups."

3. Purchase Access: Once you’re in the Professional Groups section, select the option to buy access to the Speaker Pool. Credit card is required for the purchases via Stripe.
