Interim Opportunity Details:
Role: Interim Talent Acquisition Manager
Start Date: Immediately (2-month contract), full-time
Location: Hybrid model (remote work possible)
Key Skills:
The ideal candidate for this interim Talent Acquisition Manager role should possess:
Experience in independently managing internal recruitment processes (including international recruitment) from recruitment marketing to hiring (operational level)
Experience in developing recruitment business functions (e.g., processes, systems, analytics, monitoring, etc.)
Ability to collaborate internally with recruiting managers within the organization, including global stakeholders
Fluency in Finnish and excellent proficiency in English is essential

What You’ll Be Doing:
Hiring strategist – Design smart, scalable hiring strategies to attract the best talent across Europe, no matter the role or department.
Full-cycle recruiter – From sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding, you’ll own it all.
Employer Brand Architect – Own and shape the Employer Branding strategy to capture and amplify company culture, inspiring candidates to join and thrive.
Candidate experience champion – Ensure every applicant feels valued, informed, and excited — whether they get the job or not.
Talent pipeline creator – Build relationships with future talent before they are needed.
Data whisperer – Track, analyze, and turn hiring data into insights that improve processes and outcomes.
Hiring Partner – Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and match them with great talent.
Who We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in talent acquisition, either as a Talent Acquisition Manager, Senior Recruiter, or similar role.
Expertise in full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to signing.
Passion for employer branding and creative storytelling to engage talent.
Analytical mindset — you love digging into data to improve processes.
Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers, external partners, and candidates alike.
Familiar with ATS systems and sourcing techniques.
Experience hiring across multiple functions — from tech to sales to project management.
Bonus points if you’ve worked across different countries and cultures.
